This is the account of Shem, Ham and Japeth, Noah's sons, who themselves had sons after the flood.

- 13Mizraim was the father of the Ludites, Anamites, Lehabites, Naphtuhites, 14Pathrusites, Casluhites (from whom the Philitines came) and Caphtorites.15Canaan was the father of Sidon his firstborn, and of the Hittites, 16Jebusites, Amorites, Girgashites, 17Hivites, Arkites, Sinites, 18Arvadites, Zemarites and Hamathites.
I am going to tell you something you may already know. This was hard to do! I fell asleep at the computer. These are names that I am not familiar with, nor am I quite sure how I am going to keep them together.I have thought about making a chart, and as we go further, just add the names to the top of the names already present, according to their clan. Do you think this work?I noticed before, when I was reading my Bible, that it helped me to be historically acurate. The only problem I really had was I could not remember who came from where! lol. Have a great day.Update: Um, I forgot the Semites. Beg pardon.
The Semites
10:21-31
- Elam, Asshur, Arphaxad, Lud and Aram.
- Uz, Hul, Gether and Meshech.
- One was named Peleg, because in his time the earth was divided; his brother was named Joktan.
- Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah, 27Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah, 28Obal, Abimael, Sheba, 29Ophir, Havilah and Jobab. All these were sons of Joktan.

I am moderating comments because I do not have the time to catch all the nasty comments ie. sexual in nature. I won't put up with that. If you want to get in touch with me, e-mail me or come over to Rosemary's Thoughts. Thank you.
